Shippping and Returns ships items via USPS domestically and internationally. Most orders will ship from our facility within 1-2 days of receipt. Depending on where you are located in the US, this means you can expect your order within 3-10 business days.

Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping:

We DO SHIP to Alaska and Hawaii. We also will ship orders internationally. However, the international UPS shipping rates can sometimes be higher than the cost of the merchandise ordered. We suggest you use USPS express mail (via EMS)for international shipping. USPS express mail rate (via EMS) is much lower than UPS international rate and your package has tracking information and an automatic $100 insurance. For international, we will send as a gift or commercial sample item (s) with a low declaration value so your package will pass go through customs easily. However, the package recipient will be responsible for any duties imposed by customs.

Sales Tax:

8.75% sales tax is charged for Lousiana residents only.
We Want You to be Satisfied:

When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges, 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Some merchandise on our website are custom made and the sales are final. Such merchandise will be noted in the product description.

All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. However, if you receive any product from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. Customer will not incur extra shipping cost for shipment  made in error on our part (e.g. wrong item, wrong address).

How to Return an Item:

You must contact us at or (504) 208-4846. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) number by our customer service representative. Clearly mark your RMA number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RMA number.

Items that have been issued a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION, must be sent to:

Returns sent to without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) days time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
